Stefan Heilemann welcomes Austrian two-Michelin-star chef Johannes Nuding of Schwarzer Adler in Hall in Tirol to the Widder Restaurant. Nuding trained under Joël Robuchon and Pierre Gagnaire, and led London's legendary Sketch – The Lecture Room & Library to three Michelin stars. Today, he interprets alpine cuisine with an international perspective at Schwarzer Adler. Stefan Heilemann shapes a kitchen at Widder Restaurant awarded two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points – French craftsmanship, refined for the modern table.
