Sustainability
Just off the world-renowned Bahnhofstrasse in the heart of Zurich’s historic Old Town, the Widder Hotel is a one of the most special and unique boutique hotels in Zurich and perhaps in all of Switzerland that dates back to the 12th century. The topic of sustainability is therefore of great importance to us.
For us at the Widder Hotel, it is all about taking into account and harmonizing the needs and concerns of people, the environment and the economy in equal measure.
Sustainability is a process - a long road that we will certainly take. Compliance with legal requirements is not enough for us; we want to set an example and exceed it. We summarize our efforts in our sustainability mission statement.
Get an overview of our measures in the areas of economic, social and environmental sustainability. After all, we want our next generations to be able to experience these unique places as well.
