Boucherie, Brasserie, Bistro – Restaurant AuGust
Tastefully Swiss and quintessentially Zurich. The menu includes exquisite meat and sausage specialities. In a rustic yet chic atmosphere, executive chef Tino Staub creates classic regional dishes and revives almost forgotten meat delicacies. Classics such as meat loaf, homemade pâtés, terrines and tartars can be enjoyed here, or, for the more adventurous, specialties such as boiled meat salad, tripe and pork belly. Guests can sit and watch the comings and goings on Rennweg through the large window in winter, or take a seat on the terrace on Rennweg in the warmer summer months.
