“Soï 28 by Stefan Heilemann”: Asian street and soul food

With “Soï 28 by Stefan Heilemann”, the Widder Hotel expands its culinary offerings with a modern, urban concept. Authentic Asian street and soul food meets Stefan Heilemann’s gourmet signature – drawing inspiration from the bustling alleys of Asia, right in the heart of Zurich’s Old Town.

The name “Soï 28” pays homage to the vibrant side streets (Soï) of Bangkok and the historic house number 28 on Augustinergasse in Zurich. Here, guests experience Stefan Heilemann’s personal take on Asian street food.

Classics like Fried Rice and Pork Belly Bun feature on the menu – using ingredients from The Living Circle farms whenever possible. The offerings range from starters like Thai Beef Salad and homemade Gyoza to signature dishes such as the Widder Ramen or a modern reimagining of Tom Yum. The cuisine is deliberately straightforward, yet full of flavour.
