The Widder Restaurant is the heart of the Widder Hotel in Zurich and skilfully combines the history of the city with the modern flair, which is presented through design and culinary delights.
We are pleased to announce that star chef Stefan Heilemann and his team will enrich the heart of the Widder Hotel, now WIDDER Restaurant, with their fantastic skills and pamper you from 10th June 2020.
Stefan Heilemann is known for his unique style of cooking: based on the principles of classical cuisine, he uses the impressions he has gathered on his travels. The combination of highest product quality, excellent cooking craftsmanship, joy of experimentation and his characteristic hint of "acidity" open up new worlds of taste and turn a meal into an unforgettable gourmet adventure.
