Stefan Heilemann, awarded one Michelin star and Gault Millau’s “Chef of the Year 2021”, invites you into his kitchen.

Get a glimpse behind the scenes and gain an exclusive insight into his fascinating working routine! This is a unique opportunity to join the head chef of Widder Restaurant at the stove, help with the mise en place and with arranging foods on the plates, and experience his award-winning cuisine from a different perspective. Of course, you will get to enjoy a celebratory beer together with the entire kitchen crew at the end of the evening shift!

And to make sure you also eat well while you work, Stefan Heilemann will prepare a few delicacies exclusively for you in the kitchen! 

Programme for one person:
4.00 p.m. – 5.30 p.m. Arrive, meet the team and help out in the kitchen
5.30 p.m. – 6.00 pm. Wine tasting with Stefano Petta
6.00 p.m. – approx. 10.00 p.m. Back to the kitchen for the evening meal including dinner in the kitchen
