  1. The tour starts at the Chef's Table of the Widder Restaurant with Stefan Heilemann, Gault Millau’s “Chef of the Year 2021” with 18 points as well as two stars from Guide Michelin. Enjoy exquisite snacks with a glass of sparkling champagne. 
    (Monday and Tuesday, apéritif by executive chef Tino Staub)

  2. After your apéritif, take a leisurely stroll through the old city centre to the Storchen Zürich, where Stefan Jäckel will welcome you at our La Rôtisserie
    Stefan Jäckel has been awarded 17 points by Gault Millau and, just recently, one star in the Guide Michelin. Prepare to be amazed by his ingenious starters and main courses. Perfectly paired with accompanying wines, they are a true culinary delight!

  3. After dinner, our boat will meet you at the dock of the Storchen to take you down the river Limmat and across Lake Zurich to the Alex Lake Zürich.
