Stefan Heilemann, Chef of the Year 2021 and double Michelin starred chef, enchants minds with his Pork Belly Bun. Finest brioche bread filled with a plucked pork belly and accompanied by a homemade yuzu iced tea...this is how tasty your break, lunch or shopping-treat can be.
