This includes the homemade farm products or the breakfast egg in our hotels from the "Schlattgut" above Herrliberg. It also includes the organic beef from Vermes in the Jura, which is served as a burger, fillet or smoked sausage in the Storchen Zurich, Widder Hotel and Alex Lake Zurich. And of course, the wines and spirits from our own farm Terreni alla Maggia in Ascona can be found on the wine and bar menu in all our establishments.

For the cuisine concept at Castello del Sole "From Farm to Table", what grows in our own garden and farm, Terreni alla Maggia, is put on the table. We irrigate our land with groundwater.
