02. – 04. January
The Dutch-Portuguese duo literally rocks. They describe their menu as "FROM STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN TO HIGHWAY TO HELL". Maurijn Gasseling brings the Thurgau pig to Holland, while Miguel Marques promises a "MESA PORTUGUESA COM CERTEZA". An unforgettable journey by the two virtuosos, with great music!
Luigi de Gregorio & Irene Mason
09. – 11. January
Italianità in its purest form. The South and North united. Irene Mason, the gifted pâtissière from the Widder Hotel, will cook for one evening with Luigi De Gregorio, the head chef at Alex Restaurant. Che sapore delizioso!
Moritz Stocker und Philipp Keliny
16. – 18. January
The freshly crowned "Marmite Youngster", Moritz Stocker, is not lacking in culinary talent. He is in the kitchen with Senior Chef de Partie Philipp Keliny. The duo is full of ideas. They master the classics and demonstrate this most convincingly!
David Span & Luca Paradisi
23. – 25. January
For the grand finale of the "Widder Restaurant Takeover," David Span and Luca Paradisis invite you. Austria and Italy are represented on the menu: Tyrolean venison saddle is followed by Gambero Rosso, with alternating courses continuing. Perfectly prepared and authentically interpreted, it is a worthy finale!
