Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival (15:00 CET) to avoid cancellation fees on your credit card.

For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival (15:00 CET), including no-shows, the fully booked amount will be charged. Reservations can only be made with a valid credit card. For bookings of 30 nights or more, we reserve the right to adjust the cancellation policy. In such cases, you will be informed by the reservations department or the front office team.
