On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 3 PM and on the day of departure the room is to be vacated by midday (12 PM).

Arrivals or departures outside the above given times are only possible by availability and agreement with our reservation team/reception and will be correspondingly charged.

Depending on the booking situation, a late departure (til 2 PM) can be granted without any additional costs. Departures til 5 PM will be charged 50% of the room rate - any later departures will be charged at the full room rate.

If you wish to check in before 3 PM, the apartment must additionally be booked for the previous night and paid for.
