Our Executive Chef Tino Staub has a second passion besides culinary art: travelling. On an expedition through Cambodia he was introduced to Kampot pepper - a taste that changed everything. In the Widder Kitchen, these taste components from all over the world are reflected in our chef's dishes and thus form the basis of our flavour cuisine.

In order for you to fully enjoy the culinary journey, we recommend
3-5 dishes per person. The kitchen creations are served in the middle of the table and are intended to be shared.
