In her home country of Thailand, Renu Homsombat is the Executive Chef of the Restaurant Saffron in the Banyan Tree Hotel and continues to convince her guests of her skills. With the opening of the Restaurant Rice in the Hotel Vereina in Klosters, she has also been stirring up the Swiss gastronomy scene this year.
